Great Plains Regional Medical Center has as part of it’s vision to build strong alliances among communities, payers, health care providers, and individuals, all sharing their time, talent and resources to provide a cost-effective continuum of care.  The following is a list of GPRMC partners, with links to their web-sites.  This is not a complete compilation of all our partners.

Renal Care Group, Inc. --Dialysis Treatment
This treatment cleans the blood and removes wastes and excess water from the body. Normally, the kidneys do this work.

Sometimes dialysis is a temporary treatment. However, when the loss of kidney function is permanent (as in end-stage renal disease), you must continue to have dialysis on a regular basis. The only other treatment for kidney failure is a kidney transplant.

Dialysis services in North Platte are provided by Renal Care Group, Inc., a specialized dialysis services company that provides care to patients with kidney disease.

Great Plains Regional Medical Center is a member of the Lincoln County Community Development Corporation (DEVCO). DEVCO supports business growth in the Lincoln County area, assisting existing businesses as well as recruiting new business to the area.

Heartland Health Alliance
The Heartland Health Alliance is a 32 member hospital network providing service throughout Nebraska and Kansas. Patients admitted to Heartland Health Alliance hospitals can be assured they will have access to quality, low cost health care provided by staff dedicated to their patients, their professions and their communities.
Lincoln County Convention & Visitors Bureau
The Lincoln County Convention & Visitors Bureau assists GPRMC with promotional material about the North Platte and Lincoln County area. This material is used to recruit physicians and staff to the hospital.

Great Plains Regional Medical Center is a member of the Nebraska Hospitals Association(NHA). This membership brings a vast number of resources to GPRMC, including advocacy, education, data, etc.
North Platte Area Chamber of Commerce
Great Plains Regional Medical Center is a member of the North Platte Area Chamber of Commerce and its staff take an active role in Chamber activities. Great Plains endorses the Chamber’s goals, which are:

To coordinate the efforts of Agriculture, Commerce, Industry and the Professions in maintaining and strengthening a sound and healthy business climate in the North Platte area.

To sponsor aggressive programs of work and stimulate activities which will provide for full development and employment of our human and economic resources.

To provide creative business leadership and effective coordination of all interested parties in solving community problems and initiating constructive community action.

To create a broad understanding and appreciation of the great opportunities in the North Platte area, and to promote the advantages and assets of our community, within the area, in the state and in the nation.
