Patient and Family Services

Every member of the GPRMC staff is committed to making your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. We believe that each patient is unique and deserving of respect.  We will do our best to understand and meet your needs.  Most of the time, this can be accomplished by asking a staff member.

Other times, though, we realize our medical staff needs the expertise of someone else to resolve the situation. The Patient and Family Services coordinator, or patient advocate, serves as a liaison between patients, families and all components of the hospital. The patient advocate seeks solutions to patient comments and concerns and welcomes compliments that can be passed on to the staff.  Ask to speak with the patient advocate or call 696-7200.
