 Vice President - Human Resources
Kelly Hurt is the Vice President of Human Resources, responsible for recruiting and hiring, leadership training, negotiating and managing benefits, compensation planning, and employee relations.
Prior to joining GPRMC in 2011, Hurt was the Vice President of Human Resources for Bowen Center, a comprehensive community mental health center in Warsaw, Indiana. She’s held other Human Resources management positions for Kosciusko Community Hospital, also in Warsaw, Indiana and for Bindley Western Industries in Indianapolis.
Hurt has a Master’s of Healthcare Administration and Master’s of Business Administration degrees from the University of St. Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Indiana University – Purdue University in Indianapolis.
